| Checkpoint Update | 2020-08-21 | There has been a lot of feedback saying that VITAL is a bit unforgiving, and that having to restart the whole level when you die is frustrating. To fix this we have introduced a checkpoints system that will teleport the player if they die or fall into the void. We hope this will make your gaming experience a lot less tedious. |
| VITAL Major Update! | 2020-08-14 | This patch contains major changes to VITAL. The biggest changes are the game's graphical. Colors are now more vibrant and the vegetation has become more detailed. There has also been some QoL updates, in the list below I will present the most prominent changes and fixes. | VITAL Patch 1.3.0 | 2020-01-12 | This is the third patch for VITAL. This patch contains fixes, changes and removal of unwanted items. Fixes Spelling errors on one of the tutorial notes. Using the Orb of Elasticity to push down pressure plates will no longer be exploitable. There were still issues with the game starting in VR mode, these have now been fixed and the game should never try to start as a VR app. Changes The recharge timer of the eyes on level 13 will now reset once you're out of sight making it more predictable. It contains changes to the void walker, improvements to levels and visibility for the orb of gravity Changes Level 7 have been updated with railings to stand when you ride the platform to the exit. Level 9 has been changed so you only need on bounce jump to cross over to the other side. Level 10 closes the gap between floating island and the start area, this should ease some frustration.
