At that point the game will be free to download and play, and will offer some in-game purchases instead. They give rewards that accelerate your tech research, but you don't have to complete missions to advance Some missions have a timer on them now. | Chinese New Year! | 2024-02-05 | God of Wealth The God of Wealth is like the Santa of Chinese New Years, he brings good wealth to all who welcome him. And now he will visit players to bring wealth to all tribes. The God of Wealth will only visit your tribe in Stone Age 6 or later, And once he visits it will take 60 minutes before he will be ready to come visit again. | We Shall Be Bound by Oath | 2023-12-07 | Oathbound If two non-related adults stand close to each other while putting on matching oath arm rings, they will become bonded for life. The bond gives both players increased survival chances. If you try to wear an arm ring without taking the oath with someone, the ring will not stay on. | Tribe System Update | 2022-07-22 | In this update we made some big game changing changes. Instead of the play being island based it is now tribe based. You start a new tribe and try to not die out while reaching the technology goals together. If your tribe dies out you can still resurrect it as long as there are any resurrection points left. Beginner tribes work similarly like islands did before: they are not connected to any individual players and once one is started it stays online until it has been finished (meaning end of stone age in this case), no matter how long it takes.
