Take Control of Your Life (and Game)... Rebind Inputs and Select Targets2025-08-05Hey folks,I disappeared for a while, but I've been busy... lots of changes for this update. Once again I want to thank inSAMity for yet another very detailed list of bugs and suggestions -- it has helped me greatly. It took me a while to build (hence why this update took so long), but I also made a package updater. For DLCs hosted on the REMDIGI Content Network, now you just need to run the REMDIGI Package Updater, rather than having to do full download/reinstalls (see instructions here). Thanks for the support so far, and if I disappear again, just know that I'm working on something big.-- NullReferenceExceptionUpdate Notes (Smash N' Crash v06
July Maintenance Update2025-07-16Hey everybody,Following the release of the DLC a couple days ago, I've got a lot of helpful feedback. I'd like to extend a huge thanks to inSAMity for a very detailed list of bugs and suggestions. I've fixed a lot of issues within the DLC files, so an update will be required when updating to this new Smash N' Crash version.-- NullReferenceExceptionUpdate Notes (v05-2025-07-15)DLC changelog (v02-2025-07-15)Vehicles:Added in-air physics control when
The Big Reveal2025-07-11Hey everybody,The day has finally come... after over two and a half years, I'm finally releasing the big project to the public. It's been a long, difficult journey -- many sleepless nights, and countless hours of banging my head against the wall -- but I'm happy to say that it is finally done. Cumulatively, between Smash N' Crash and the DLC, I've spent upwards to 3000 hours working, and over the past week I've spent about 16 hours per day for the past 7 days to finally get it finished. Of course though, my work isn't finished, updates will still be provided, and your ideas taken into consideration.Going forward, most small patches for Smash
Something Big Is Coming...2025-06-30Hey folks,As stated in the last update, I've been gone all month. Now that I'm back I finally have the time to prepare the big DLC that everybody has been waiting for. It's almost done, and hopefully should be ready by the end of the week. It's been a long road (figuratively), having spent over 2 years on it. As I finish the DLC, I've been also making updates to Smash N' Crash in preparation for the release. One major change is the mission selection system -- it has been reworked, and now it's easier to select levels/missions directly from the main menu.Tune in next week for the big reveal.-- NullReferenceExceptionUpdate Notes (v03-2025-06-30
What's Next?2025-06-15Hey everyone,Apologies for the delay in updates — I had to rush the early-June release, since I needed to leave for a month-long military safe-driving course (ironic, I know). The last update went up just as I was heading out, and with limited time on weekends, I haven’t had many chances to push fixes since. That said, I’ll be back in July, and there’s a lot still planned. The long-awaited DLC is nearly ready, and I’ll be focusing on fixing the major bugs and continuing to polish the core game.Smash N’ Crash has been a nearly 3-year solo project, and I’m committed to making it the best it can be — even if it takes time. I appreciate everyone’s
