Small bug fixes2026-07-16Fixes for full game: Fixed a bug where Collision Damage was stating it was adding 6 damage, but was actually adding 4, and would visually show a stat change of 3. This has been increased to 6 for all values. Fixed divide by zero crashes that could occur when rendering tooltips for many systems related to fire rate. Thank you for playing my game, and please let me know if any other bugs or crashes occur.
Elites2025-04-14This patch adds elite variants of many enemies to the game. Elites are bigger, tankier, faster, deadlier, and in some cases smarter than their basic versions, and have a much higher chance to drop rewards. Additionally, when an elite enemy would drop a normal component, it instead drops something stronger. You can identify elites by a red tinge outline, a red trail, and also the fact that they are probably chasing you more aggressively. This patch reworks Pierce, which is now Chain. Chain has significantly more projectile redirect after hitting an enemy, and also now works for Pulse. Finally, a few enemies later in the game have had their hea
New Enemies, New Systems2025-03-03This patch adds 4 new enemies with new systems to the game. One of the new systems is Spray: If you want to fire many more projectiles, and aren't particular about where those projectiles end up, Spray lets you increase both your fire speed and volley speed, which can help you deal damage much much faster. This patch also adds rerolling to the shop. If you don't like the shop's current offers, you can spend another key to reroll, which will never pick the same systems it just had. This patch also reduces the damage and fire rate of some enemies, particularly some bosses, and reduces the Titan's health by 10%, to smooth out game progression a
The Boring Update2025-01-20Controller support This update adds controller support to the game, including navigating menus and building your ship. This update also includes a fix for keybinds, where after you set your keybinds I was forgetting to save what you set them as. Please let me know if any of the controller specific changes don't work, or if any of them could be better. Finally, thank you for playing my game!
Updates for both demo and full game2024-12-15This patch includes a few changes to the game, as well as bringing the demo up to the current version. Full game: Corrected tooltip for Collision Damage System, which was showing the wrong value for damage it granted. Small reduction in turning speed for Juggernauts to make them easier to avoid. Demo: Reorganized settings and added two new settings, half damage taken and half speed. Half damage taken reduces all damage the player takes by half, and half speed reduces the rate that the game runs at by half. Hopefully these settings make the game dramatically more playable for some players. Buffed Pulse damage by 2 and Pulse rate dramatically.
Small patch for demo2024-10-09Keys can now be used on the Threat screen to open a shop. You can use the shop to trade two of your systems for a system you don't currently have. Added 4 more systems. Thanks for playing the demo!
Small patch for demo2024-09-04Added 2 more systems. Tooltips now display what stats are being changed, and how those systems are changing those stats: Enemies in close proximity now swarm together instead of clumping. Fixed a rare bug where some systems could be "re-dropped", instead of dropping a system you don't yet have. Thanks for playing the demo!
Small patch for demo2024-08-12UI rework, system information is now in just the bottom right corner to open up screen space: Ships now collide properly: I'm very open to feedback on both of these changes. Finally, thanks for playing the demo!
Small patch for demo2024-07-22Added 1 more system Pressing escape now opens a pause menu, rather than returning to title Working on a second boss for the full game:
Small patch for demo2024-07-08Added keys Added 4 more systems Updated hit and shoot sounds Increased size of some enemies, hopefully this makes them slightly easier to hit Control rebind graphic now includes shortcuts for building You can right click to quick-remove systems and components You can control + left click to quick-place components
Small patch for demo2024-06-24Increased effect of components on Weapons and Auto Shot dramatically for the first few components attached to these systems. Engines max speed per component: 50 -> 75 Engines thrust per component: 8 -> 12 Thanks for playing the demo everyone, if you have further feedback please let me know. Enjoy!
