Someone actually did it. 120/120 endings. 180 hours.2026-10-27When I put 120 different endings into I.T. Never Ends, I knew finding them all would take some serious dedication. Well, someone actually did it. After 180 hours of playing, a member of our little community named Violet has become the very first person to discover all 120 endings in I.T. Never Ends! Along the way, Violet has also been an incredibly helpful member of the community, finding bugs, uncovering obscure secrets, and occasionally discovering things I'd almost forgotten I'd put into the game myself. To celebrate this slightly insane achievement, I thought it would be fun to ask Violet a few questions about the experience, favourite ch
Minor bugfix for review committees2026-10-21Fixed a soft-lock in the 255-ticket performance review. One question had no voice line, so if it was drawn the audio never played and the choices never appeared. That question has been removed from the pool.
Two months on the job, and the committee finally clocked in.2026-10-18Performance reviews were in the build the whole time. They were also easy to miss, which is a bold choice for a meeting about your performance. They show up when they are owed now.Answer them, and the HR Department Drone files a memo on your next shift. Recognition, a follow-up form, or a Performance Improvement Plan. The improvement is optional. The plan is not.oh and also, if you have been playing and enjoying the game, and you have not left a Steam review yet, this is a good week to do it. Two months in, those still help more than a gift card from HR. All best and for the love of god get some rest, you look tired. S
Content Update — VERA OS 2.7.802026-09-29Hey everyone! Here’s what’s new since our last patch: Expanded several storylines with new choices and outcomes. Added more content for a few familiar coworkers and office anomalies. Fixed Performance Review events not appearing correctly. Fixed an issue where the clock could interrupt the tutorial. Improved story progression and save reliability. Added a few general stability and compatibility improvements. Thanks for playing and for continuing to report anything strange you encounter!
Another tiny bugfix on top of yesterday's content patch2026-09-14Fixed an issue where some later endings, including the Stapler King endings, did not unlock their corresponding Steam achievements. Previously earned achievements should unlock automatically after launching the updated game through Steam.
Minor bug fixes2026-09-14Big content patch -> small bug fixes (ain't that always the way it goes?)
I.T. NEVER ENDS — Content Update2026-09-13The office got bigger. The callbacks got sharper. VERA got louder. MacOS got supported! It’s been one month since I.T. Never Ends launched, and thousands of people have now spent tens of thousands of hours doing IT support in hell. The reviews have been genuinely wonderful, and seeing so many players, streamers, IT nerds, and fellow sufferers take to the game has made me incredibly happy. Truly. Thank you to everyone who has played, streamed, reviewed, reported bugs, or simply told somebody else about the game. To celebrate the first month, I’ve put together a big content patch: new story arcs, endings, music, achievements, artwork, and plent
Steam Cloud Saves Are Now Live2026-08-28I’ve enabled Steam Cloud syncing for I.T. Never Ends. Your progress should now sync automatically between supported devices when you close the game. Please continue saving your work. Management is watching.
Small Maintenance Update2026-08-18I’ve completed a little routine maintenance behind the scenes. Save states are now handled through a simpler, more robust system, which should make saving and loading more reliable. If you've been unlucky enough to hit an infinte loadscreen (either on windows or deck) - this fix should take care of you once and for all. I’ve also updated a number of ticket outcomes so they properly reference the employee responsible. Apparently “User” is not an acceptable substitute for remembering your coworkers’ names. Please continue working. I.T. Never Ends.
Hotfix: Infinite Loading Screen2026-08-17Fixed an issue where some Windows users could get stuck on an infinite loading screen at startup. Somehow, this game about IT support attracts people who are much better at computers than me, so they end up providing IT support for the IT support game. Huge thanks to Tonus! Technical details here.
Minor additional update2026-08-16Another small day 2 update - this one handles a glitched/missing character portrait. Very minor, very boring.
Patch #2 - Onboarding Fixes & More Packet Loss2026-08-16Three days since launch, thousands of you have joined the office. Honestly, the response has been overwhelming. Thank you for playing, reporting bugs, and sharing your feedback. This patch addresses two major issues: Employee onboarding A bug in the onboarding minigame could lock you out of meeting your new colleagues. That’s now fixed. Your colleagues will be available for mandatory workplace socialization as intended. Packet loss The Packet Loss meter now rises more like the Inbox meter. This should add a little more chaos and make your decisions harder—hopefully in a good way. I'm also already seeing people with 45+ runs under their belts
Day 1 Hotfix — I.T. Never Ends2026-08-14A few day-one patches so your shift (and your stream) run cleaner: Twitch / Streamer Mode — Connection and streamer-mode issues cleaned up so Twitch integration is more reliable. GPU acceleration — If hardware acceleration is off, we now warn you on the main menu instead of letting you find out mid-shift when a 3D maintenance minigame (like the stacking rack) crashes. Display scaling — Fixed a layout break on 1920×1080 with Windows scaling at 125% or higher. Firewall tickets — Fixed a case where firewall tickets could get stuck and leave you softlocked. Thanks for the reports — keep filing tickets.

Never Ends is now available on Steam for $12.99, with a 10% launch discount.100,000 Words. More Than 100 Endings.I.T. Never Ends is built around choices.Every support ticket gives you two possible responses. Those decisions affect productivity, morale, budget, network stability and the growing level of entropy inside the office. They also shape your relationships, unlock storylines and determine which version of the company you eventually discover. The full game contains more than 100,000 written words, dozens of interconnecte
