Day 3 of Daily Updates! (Pretty big one)2026-10-29Hi everyone!It's Screen Stocks' third day, and I have a pretty update for you all! Thanks to all of the feedback on Discord and the Steam Community Forums, we've been able to squash tons of bugs and we've even added more content... Here's a list of the bugs we've fixed:Frozen trade buttons should be entirely fixedClosing a trade right after an auto action triggers no longer locks the stock at timesThe game no longer sends trades to the server that it knows will fail, meaning they will not lock your stockFixed an issue where shares sometimes reappeared after you closed themClicking buy/short twice in a row no longer gets your second trade reje

Over the past 24 hours we've been working on doing some updates, here's some of what we've pushed:Fixed a bug that caused some players to have the buy/short buttons greyed out.Fixed a bug that caused your net worth graph not to update.Fixed a bug that caused some players from China to have additional lag.Lots of small optimisations to make the game's experience smoother.We're still working on more, and if you find any other bugs please report them in the Steam community forums or on Discord! New HUGE Update! - Clan Changing, Latency Improvements, and More!2026-09-29Hi everyone!I'm super excited to announce that we've just pushed a new update to Screen Stocks' demo, and it's a pretty big one! Below is a list of the additions and changes:Majorly improved Auto Action latency, it should straight up feel instant.Majorly improved buying/shorting/closing latency, this should also feel instant.Added a way to change your clan every 30 days.Improved leaderboard functionality so that whenever you open it and you're in the displayed group, it opens to your position. The "current" leaderboard is also hidden if you're in the top 100 players, since you can just view your position in the "top" section.General bug fixes

New Stocks in the demo!2026-09-18Hello everyone, Quick note on the update that just rolled out. New starting stock, $QUIK. It's pretty crazy.New starting stock, $STEP.You no longer start with $BASE, instead it's unlocked after getting 15 achievements.It's also got a brand new tutorial and startup system, it should make some things clearer for players who found certain systems confusing! Only available in English, Spanish, and French, so if you select another language you will skip the tutorial when you first open the game.
