| Dev Log #4 — Making Chopper | 2026-10-12 | After Diana, it's Chopper's turn. Here's the whole middle of the process: one jester, a pair of executioner's shears, and how he ended up looking the way he does. Who he is Chopper is a jester, and an executioner. He has done both jobs on the same stage, making people laugh and taking their heads, and he doesn't really see a difference between the two. His weapon is a pair of shears. Joined, they're one enormous pair of shears; split, they're two blades. When the shears change, so does the execution. So this character has to be ridiculous and unsettling in the same body. You can tell he's a jester at a glance, but you can't laugh him off. And |

| Dev Log #3 — Making Diana | 2026-09-23 | After Mori & Gula, Diana. Here’s how one dark elf with a bow went from two arms to one, and from there to the character she is now.Who she isDiana used to be a marksman people knew by name. Then she lost an arm. When an archer loses an arm, the bow usually gets put down. Diana didn’t put it down. She called a wraith arm into the place where hers had been, took up the bow again, and is now a stronger shot than she ever was.So the heart of this character isn’t what she lost. It’s what came after. The missing arm has to be obvious at a glance, but it can’t make her look weak. If anything, that arm should make her look more dangerous.Every stage |

| Dev Log #2 — Making Mori & Gula | 2026-09-14 | Last time we promised the shy lich and the hungry staff. Here they are, and here's how they went from a page of horned doodles to the character in the game.Who they areMori is a lich. Not the tower-of-skulls, end-of-the-campaign kind. She's the kind who got the title before she was ready for it. She keeps her eyes hidden behind her bangs, flinches at loud noises, and would honestly prefer that the humans invading the dungeon just went home.Gula is her staff. Gula has opinions. Gula has an appetite. Gula has a mouth, and the mouth is most of Gula. Where Mori hesitates, Gula lunges. If it falls in the dungeon, Gula wants to eat it.They take up |
